Refund Policy

Effective 2026-04-21.

1. Plans, Billing and Cancellation

  • Lite — €49.99 / year (annual only)
  • Pro — €119.99 / year or €17.99 / month

All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Depending on the sign-up flow shown to you, the trial may or may not require payment details upfront:

  • Trial without payment details. No charge ever occurs unless you explicitly subscribe and pay at the end of the trial.
  • Trial with payment details (reverse trial). The trial converts into a paid subscription automatically at the end of the 7-day period unless you cancel before it ends.

In both cases you can cancel any time in Subscription Settings; cancellation during the trial prevents any charge. Once a paid subscription is active, it renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle and requires no advance notice.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer resident in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving any reason (§ 312g, § 355 BGB).

How to exercise it. Inform us — ZeitFlow UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kolonnenstraße 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany, hi@dawarich.app — by a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the model form below but are not required to.

Consequences. If you withdraw in time, we refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used.

Early loss for digital services. Your right of withdrawal expires before the 14 days if you expressly consent to us beginning performance of the digital service before the period ends and acknowledge that you thereby lose it (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB). You will be asked for this consent when activating a paid subscription. If you don't wish to lose the right, do not give consent — you can still use the 7-day free trial.

Model Withdrawal Form

To: ZeitFlow UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kolonnenstraße 8, 10827 Berlin, Germany — hi@dawarich.app

I/We () hereby give notice that I/We () withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the provision of the following service:

  • Ordered on (*): ___________
  • Name of consumer(s): ___________
  • Address of consumer(s): ___________
  • Signature (only if on paper): ___________
  • Date: ___________

(*) Delete as appropriate.

3. Poster Prints (Physical Goods)

Printed posters ordered in the Poster Studio are produced individually from your own location data.

No right of withdrawal. Because each poster is made to your specification and clearly personalized, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to poster print orders (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). You are informed of this before completing the order, and by placing the order you acknowledge it. This means a correctly produced poster cannot be returned or refunded simply because you changed your mind.

Defective, damaged, or lost orders. Your statutory warranty rights (§§ 434 ff. BGB) are unaffected. If your poster

  • arrives damaged or with a print defect,
  • materially differs from what you ordered, or
  • does not arrive at all,

contact hi@dawarich.app — ideally with your order reference and, for damage or defects, a photo. We will reprint the poster free of charge or refund the full purchase price, at your choice.

4. No Refunds Outside the Withdrawal Period

Outside the statutory 14-day window, we do not refund partial use, unused periods, or remaining time on a subscription. Once a subscription renews it is non-refundable for that cycle, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

5. Contact

For billing or withdrawal requests: hi@dawarich.app.
